TELEPHONE CALLS NON EMERGENCY CALLS SHOULD BE MADE DURING OUR OFFICE HOURS (8:00am - 5:00pm) Please inform the telephone receptionist if your call is for medication refill, which then we do request you call your pharmacy with the request and then they contact us. An appointment, a medical question or an emergency will be handled accordingly. Medical questions will be answered as promptly as possible. If you have not heard from our office within 24 hours, then please call our receptionist and inform her. COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICAL EXAMS Fast for 12 hours prior to coming to the office for laboratory studies if indicated. FOLLOW UP VISITS Please bring a list of your medications and dosages the day of your follow up visit or comprehensive physical exams. NEW PATIENTS We request that you arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes ahead of time to fill out registration papers. As always we require to see your insurance card for your first visit and every time after that. INSURANCE Insurance plans are constantly changing. We do accept most major plans. Check with your insurer to be sure we are in your health plans network. We also accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa for co-pay fees and patient services not covered by your insurance. |
