PATIENT IDENTIFICATION

As of May 1, 2009 our office will start to take photo ID's of our patients.  We will also ask at your time of visit that you show us two forms of identification.  One a picture ID and another that we will be able to identify you and your address where you reside.  Once your photo ID has been taken at Preston Medical you will not need to show us your ID again.

 



Automated email alerts have arrived!
All registered users will now be emailed whenever a newsworthy event or alert is posted on the Preston Medical site.
