Preston Medical Associates is a Family Practice with one physician and four advance practice nurses to help with all your health care needs. In addition, clinical, clerical, and business specialists make up our team.

Our mission is to promote health and well-being in the Health Care community through high quality medical treatment and education of patients. We believe in empowering patients to stay in control of and be responsible for their own health and well-being.

As family practitioners, we have expertise in care for chronic and acute illness in children, adults and elders. We take pride in our disease prevention and health promotion through our holistic approach to health care. We perform routine physical examination and well child exams. At Preston Medical Associates, we believe women's health is more than a routine pap smear.

Preston Medical Care has an advanced care team that coordinates care with other health care providers and insurance case managers as needed, with the patient at the center of care. Patients that need care outside of office hours have access to a triage nurse to discuss health concerns, followed by access to a provider as needed to provide for your health care needs.

​

The team consists of doctors, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified medical assistants. The registered nurses are able to provide care management and coordination of care. For example, the team coordinates with a diabetes nutritionist to assist diabetic patients with managing their blood glucose levels.

OFFICE HOURS
Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed most major holidays.

To better serve you, we will now offer patients before hour appointments Monday-Friday starting at 7:00am. We will open Saturday morning from 8:00am-12:00pm. At this time during the pandemic our office is closed for Saturday appointments.
