It is bittersweet to say goodbye to those whom I have had the opportunity to care for during my time at Preston Medical Associates. I wanted to extend a personal thank you for selecting me to be your primary care provider over these past 5 years. It has been a joy and honor to work with each of you. Thank you for all that you have taught me during my time at the practice. As I transition into a different setting please know that there are four providers in the office that will gladly assist you with your healthcare needs. I wish you all a healthy and happy remainder of 2021.
